Lesson Overview

29.31 – When You Feel Angry About the Past: Old memories can reignite anger long after the moment has passed. You might replay what someone did, wishing you’d reacted differently. That trapped energy keeps you stuck in emotional time travel. The path forward isn’t erasing the past—it’s understanding what it taught you. Every painful moment can either poison or prepare you, depending on how you process it. Letting go doesn’t mean forgetting; it means releasing the control those memories have over your present. You can still acknowledge the hurt without living inside it. When you start viewing the past as a teacher instead of a prison, the anger loses power. Healing begins when you choose growth over resentment.
