Lesson Overview

8.49 – Letting Go Without Forgetting: Letting go isn’t the same as erasing someone from memory. It’s loosening the grip of constant pain so love can flow freely again. Memories don’t need to fade; they can settle gently in your heart. Forgiving circumstances, yourself, or others allows healing space. Holding on too tightly traps you in sorrow. Letting go is an act of trust—that love can exist without suffering. The person stays with you through how you live, not how much you ache.
