19.03 – Writing Letters You’ll Never Send: Writing letters you’ll never send is one of the most freeing emotional exercises you can do. You can write to someone who hurt you, someone you miss, or even to yourself. The act of putting thoughts into words helps you organize pain and release it from your body. You don’t have to filter your emotions—this space is yours alone. It’s not about forgiveness or confrontation; it’s about clarity. You might discover feelings you didn’t realize were still there or thoughts that needed to be spoken safely. The letter becomes your witness, not your weapon. When you finish, you can keep it, rip it up, or burn it—whatever helps you let go. These letters don’t need an address because they are messages to your healing. They teach you that expression, not response, is sometimes all your heart really needed.
