7.21 – When You’ve Been Told You’re “Too Much”: Being told you’re too emotional, too loud, or too different can make you shrink. But often, what people call “too much” is simply power they don’t understand. Your intensity, creativity, or sensitivity are strengths, not flaws. Society teaches people to fear what stands out. Owning your fullness doesn’t mean ignoring feedback—it means knowing your worth. When you stop apologizing for existing loudly, you invite others to do the same. You can be kind without being small. The world needs people who feel deeply and care boldly. Balance comes from self-awareness, not suppression. You were never too much—you were simply surrounded by people who expected less.
