Lesson Overview

30.23 – You Are Allowed to Want to Be Safe, Even If You Struggle: Sometimes you feel torn — one part of you wants to disappear, while another wants to stay. That conflict can feel confusing, but it’s proof that hope still lives inside you. Wanting safety doesn’t erase your pain; it shows you’re fighting to protect what’s left of your strength. Give that small, quiet voice more space. When you choose to reach out, rest, or breathe instead of harm, you’re voting for your future. You can still struggle and want safety at the same time; both can coexist. You don’t need to have it all figured out to keep trying. The world needs the version of you that’s learning endurance, not perfection. Let your bravery be the act of choosing to stay curious about what comes next.
