Lesson Overview

1.15 – How to Feel Something Again: After deep hurt or long stress, emotions can turn off to protect you. You may miss laughing, excitement, or even sadness. To feel again, start by allowing small moments of experience without judgment. Notice what brings warmth—a song, sunlight, or a safe hug. Emotions return in waves when you create safe space for them. Sometimes therapy, art, or journaling opens that door faster. Feeling again doesn’t mean everything will hurt—it means you’re alive again. Each moment of connection rebuilds color in your world. The ability to feel is proof of strength, not weakness.
