Lesson Overview

8.30 – When You’re Not Ready to Say Goodbye: Sometimes letting go feels impossible, even when everyone else seems to have moved on. You might hold onto clothes, photos, or habits because releasing them feels like betrayal. Grief has no schedule, and readiness can’t be forced. It’s okay to pause in the space between holding on and moving forward. Allow your heart to adjust at its own pace. Memories don’t fade because you stop clinging—they evolve into quieter forms of presence. You can talk to them in your thoughts, carry their lessons, or simply sit with the love that remains. Over time, goodbye doesn’t mean forgetting; it means learning to remember without constant pain. When you finally take that step, it won’t be because you stopped caring—it’ll be because love taught you how to live again.
